SIPITANG: Esplanade food stall visitors here are worried about the growing presence of stray dogs.
Former Sindumin Community Development Leader Sani Miasin said the “dirty and disgusting” strays look for scraps near the stalls.“When people are sitting around, these wild dogs are also there. This is very disgusting because while people are breathing fresh air, suddenly dogs appear near the stall.

Sani said if left alone, it will become more of a threat to the residents, with nights filled with the sound of dogs fighting or howling.He urged the District Council and Department of Veterinary Services to take immediate action.
