Details have emerged following the grisly discovery of a man and a woman’s body inside a shipping container in NSW’s central west. The bodies were found by police at a property on Goolma Rd in Gulgong, near Mudgee, after requests for a welfare check were received about 11am on Saturday. The bodies of a 55-year-old man and 37-year-old woman were found inside a shipping container, police said.
“Gulgong has endured a number of tragedies over the past few years, and it’s very sad to think that two people have died in these circumstances,” he said. “I really hope that the police can provide some more information for the families and friends of those that have been lost sometime in the near future. “It’s undoubtedly a very difficult and emotional time for all of them, and my thoughts are with all of those that have been impacted.
