Now the Greens are saying they are willing to hold up the laws unless the government agrees to begin paying superannuation on government-funded paid parental leave. Greens Senator Larissa Waters said if the government wanted the super concessions changes, it would need to find the money. "You've got this proposal to change super tax rates, here's your perfect opportunity to act on this alleged commitment to put super on paid parental leave.The new laws are expected to be introduced to parliament some time later this year.
