KUALA LUMPUR: A motion to annul the Emergency Ordinances has been tabled in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Oct 25).
The motion was tabled by Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar. It is to debate and pass a resolution pursuant to Clause , Article 150 of the Federal Constitution to annul the Emergency Ordinances.
According to the Order Paper of the Dewan Rakyat, the Prime Minister will propose the annulment of the Emergency Ordinances. This includes the Emergency Ordinance 2021, the Emergency Ordinance 2021 and the Emergency Ordinance 2021.Article type: metered
