KUALA LUMPUR: The government has issued a standard operating procedure (SOP) for korban activities (sacrificial rites) ahead of Hari Raya Aidiladha, the Dewan Rakyat was told.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri said the full SOP for the activities was issued as a guideline for Muslims to follow during the recovery movement control order .

“As a result, we have ordered eight slaughter cages and to demonstrate to us how it could be done in the best manner.
