Governor Gavin Newsom went on a tour at a renewable fuels facility in Los Angeles County on Monday and highlighted California's nation-leading transition to clean fuels.
Newsom briefly pointed out the facility a fresh garden behind him during the press conference that is transitioning to a "low carbon green growth framework." The rule would tackle pollution from heavy trucks used to transport goods through ports and require companies to disclose their use of these so-called drayage trucks by 2024.
