. Then last month, a short clip of what is claimed to the a prototype of the Google Pixel Fold appeared online. Now, the internet search giant has decided that it won’t be keeping anyone in suspense, as it has announced that the device in question will be unveiled officially next week.
On Twitter, the official Made by Google account tweeted a short clip of the Pixel Fold in question, with the caption of “May The Fold Be With You”. Also included is the date of 10 May, which is the day of the Google I/O event. Which sounds like it is a tad ironic, since if it is supposed to be a Star Wars reference, then the unveiling is going to be late by nearly a whole week. Also in the tweet is the name Pixel Fold, albeit in its social media hashtag, confirming the name in some capacity.
