PETALING JAYA: This year’s Star Golden Hearts Award 2019 will feature a new logo and three new judges sitting on the panel.
Star Media Group chief content officer Esther Ng said the new logo would create a “new, fresh look on things”.
“This is to symbolise kindness and altruism by Malaysians for Malaysians because there is a very Malaysian feel to it,” she said.“The judges are from different fields so that we can reach out to and touch more people,” she said during the official launch in Menara Star yesterday. For this year’s selection criteria, Ng also said it would be “a lot more stringent” to recognise only the best of the lot.
