GMA's flagship international channel GMA Pinoy TV adds another feather to its cap as it bagged two Silver Awards at the 2022 International Film Festival Manhattan (IFFM) for its original programs 'Global Pinoy Unlimited' and 'EntrePinoy Abroad.'
GMA's flagship international channel GMA Pinoy TV adds another feather to its cap as it bagged two Silver Awards at the 2022 International Film Festival Manhattan for its original programs "Global Pinoy Unlimited" and "EntrePinoy Abroad."
The award-winning episode, which aired on GMA Pinoy TV, was about the Historic Filipinotown Gateway in Los Angeles, California USA. The massive arch was the largest Filipino landmark in Los Angeles' Historic Filipinotown and is officially called "Talang Gabay ." The 30-foot-tall and 82-foot-wide steel arch gives tribute to all Filipino immigrants, as well as the outstanding contributions of the Filipinos in the community.
On the other hand, "EntrePinoy Abroad" – a digital series by GMA Pinoy TV, highlights the stories of Filipinos abroad who, despite the challenges of putting up their own business in a foreign land, continue to persevere and promote Filipino products to the world. "Thank you, IFFM for the Silver Award given to GMA Pinoy TV's EntrePinoy. The program highlights Pinoys as they take on the bold challenge of making their business dreams into a reality, in the hopes of inspiring other aspiring entrepreneurs. Muli po from the entire GMA International and GMA International Marketing team, maraming salamat po for remaining stronger together with GMA Pinoy TV," Marketing Director Beth De Guzman expressed.
