Give consumers simpler explanation, Zahid tells TNB

Since Tenaga Nasional Berhad resumed its metre readings, consumers have been complaining about expensive bills, prompting Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to voice out. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, June 13, 2020.

TENAGA Nasional Berhad needs to provide a simpler explanation for the high bills that consumers have received for electricity usage during the three months of the movement control order , said Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. The utility company should do “whatever it takes” to resolve the issue that has caused anxiety among the public.
