Gisele Bündchen spoke about wanting to be “fulfilled” in her own career as rumors swirl about her marriage to Tom Brady.
. “These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands,” Brady tweeted in March. “That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa.”
Bündchen publicly supported her husband at the time, commenting on his social media upload, “Here we go again! Let’s go lovvvey! Let’s go Bucs!”she still has big dreams of her own. “I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do,” she said. “At 42, I feel more connected with my purpose.”
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel also reacted to rumors that she pressured Brady to retire. “I think this is the system we’ve been living in. That’s what society has accepted and what society hasn’t accepted,” she claimed. “Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again.
