Girl's MyKid record intact, National Registration Department (NRD demands apology from NGO
The National Registration Department has confirmed that P Prasana Diksa's identity card details were not illegally amended, as claimed by a group known as the Indira Gandhi Action Team .
"According to our investigations, the NRD found that there were no amendments made to the personal records of the child concerned. Prasana Diksa's mother, Indira Gandhi, had alleged in a police report that the NRD, Home Ministry and former home minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi were responsible for tampering with the identity card records.
