KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk V. Subramaniam is set to take on the role of acting president of the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) after current president Tan Sri Norza Zakaria resigns from his position.
MELAKA : The details on the establishment of the Gig Workers Commission will be tabled in the next parliament session, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
"Hence, we will table the commission’s insights during the upcoming parliament proceedings," he said in his keynote address at the National Youth Day celebration in Dataran Pahlawan here on Saturday . In March, the Prime Minister announced the establishment of the Gig Workers Commission to protect the rights of 1.12 million gig workers in the country.
He said youths must have confidence, and idealism as well as being respectful to one another and saying no to corruption.
