Actor Giancarlo Esposito is in talks with DC head James Gunn for a possible role in the upcoming DC Universe.
Gunn is rebooting DC with the DC Universe, which is set to begin with the TV series Creature Commandos. It will make its cinematic debut in 2025 with the release of Gunn’s upcoming movie Superman: Legacy.
Esposito, who has appeared in Breaking Bad, The Mandalorian, and The Boys, recently addressed the possibility of appearing in the DC Universe. At Comic Con Panama , he said, “I have been talking to James Gunn about the possibility of being in a movie – so who knows?”Some have wondered if he will portray characters like Lex Luthor, Brainiac, and Martian Manhunter.
