, Bernard Antwi Boasiako has now also thrown his name into the hat after he revealed that he has submitted a bid $3.1 billion for the London club in a letter made public on Wednesday.

"I am informed of the intention by the owner of your reputable club, Mr Roman Abramovich, to put up Chelsea Football Club for sale," the letter read."My official bid is in the range of three point one billion dollars .Despite negotiations still being in the early stages, Boasiako also insisted he would try to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Vinicius Junior for Chelsea if his bid is successful."Those who buy clubs are not footballers but business people.

"I want to join the bid. If I become the owner, I want black Brazilian in Real Madrid, Vinicius, and sell off [Romelu] Lukaku."I'd also look at signing Lionel Messi."Abramovich has done his best. It is time for him to support a Ghanaian or an African to buy Chelsea."
