The Gettysburg Review – a literary journal that began in 1988 and has won numerous awards for its collections of essays, fiction, poems and art – will no longer exist after its next edition, the president and provost of Gettysburg College said in a Tuesday
Mark Drew, editor of the Gettysburg Review, and Managing Editor Lauren Hohle said they do not feel the college understands the Review’s values or what they do. “It is disappointing that the administration has had three years of financial crisis to have a single conversation with us and chose not to.
