Action star Gerald Butler plays a commercial pilot who, after his plane is damaged by a lightning strike, makes an emergency landing on the war-torn Island of Jolo in the Philippines. Soon after, most of his passengers are taken hostage by heavily armed rebels, forcing him and a fugitive on board, played by Luke Cage's Mike Colter, to attempt a daring rescue mission.
