A Georgia grand jury has issued subpoenas to U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and the attorney Rudy Giuliani as part of a criminal investigation of interference in that state's 2020 election by former President Donald Trump.

Also subpoenaed were other members of Trump's legal team in addition to Giuliani, The Atlanta Journal-Consitution reported. CNBC has requested comment from Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, and a lawyer for Giuliani, who had served as Trump's personal attorney.
