“They’re living in the moment but doing so with a lot of purpose and intent. They want to have their big moments with travel and festivals, but they’re doing it in a very mindful, considerate way,” Ms Deighton said.“Gen Z is embracing the low alcohol lifestyle,” one researcher said.
