PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim denies that Pakatan Harapan has rejected cooperating with the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) in the 15th General Election (GE15).

The Opposition leader, who is also PKR president, said that talks were still ongoing and there has been progress."Not true. We are in talks and there has been progress," he told reporters briefly after a special PKR central leadership council meeting at the party's headquarters here on Monday night.

When asked, PKR communications director Ahmad Fahmi Fadzil, who also attended the meeting, said the Pakatan presidential council, which is expected to meet soon, would finalise its cooperation with Muda"as early as Wednesday ." "This time it will be more, as the 52 seats left vacant by Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia would be distributed among PKR, DAP and Parti Amanah Negara in the peninsula.
