Joe Biden took aim at Israel, acknowledging that most of those killed in Gaza 'are not Hamas'
The US military will establish a temporary port on the Gaza coast to increase the flow of humanitarian aid to the beleaguered territory.on Thursday US President Joe Biden said the"temporary pier" will be able to"receive large ships carrying food, water, medicine and temporary shelters"."This temporary pier would enable a massive increase in the amount of humanitarian assistance getting into Gaza every day," he said.
President Biden also took aim at Israel, acknowledging that most of those killed in Gaza"are not Hamas". "Nearly two million more Palestinians under bombardment or displaced. Homes destroyed, neighborhoods in rubble, cities in ruin.President Biden added that humanitarian assistance"cannot be a secondary consideration or a bargaining chip."Shipments will come via Cyprus enabled by the US military and a coalition of partners and allies, US officials told NBC News.
