The Galaxy plays its seventh game of the month Sunday at home, but isn’t happy having gone 1-2-1 in MLS contests
The month of May has been full of ups and downs for the Galaxy.
“We want to make every team come here and if they want to take any points, they need to give the game of their lives.” “I don’t think they’re going to come in here and change their style,” Galaxy coach Greg Vanney said of Austin FC , which is second in the West behind LAFC. “They’re a good attacking team, they like to have the ball, they’re active. I don’t think they will change the way they play.
As with most in sports, especially soccer, it comes down to execution and consistency. The Galaxy has struggled, especially at home. Entering Sunday’s game, the club’s home record is just 3-3 in MLS competition.
