Jordana Reim and Shira Lazar, cofounders of the new digital wellness community, Peace Inside, know the power of community healing first-hand. Like many new virtual offerings, the donation-based platform was born in response to quarantine.
Right before lockdown started, Jordana was on her way to lead a basecamp retreat on Mount Everest. As soon as Thailand, her current home base, and the rest of the world began issuing shelter-in-place orders her trip was halted. So she took the retreat online.
Focused on building their growing community and cultivating a safe space for every kind of student and every kind of teacher, the Peace Inside platform offers two live free classes every day led by experts who specialize in EFT , meridian movement, chi activation, somatic movement, chakra yoga, breathwork, and a number of other healing modalities.
