Man found dead inside Friendswood home, police suspect foul play
The Friendswood Police Department believes foul play caused the death of a man found inside a home on Monday afternoon, officials said.
Around 12:40 p.m. Monday, police were called to do a welfare check at a home in the 400 block of Oak Vista, in a neighborhood of single-family homes in north Friendswood. Friendswood Police were dispatched to a death investigation at a residence in the 400 block of Oak Vista at 12:40 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022. When officers arrived, they conducted a security sweep of the home and found a white male deceased in the front hallway.When they arrived, police found the man dead in a front hallway, according to the police department.
The man wasn't immediately identified, and officials couldn't say Monday if he lived at the house where he was found.Police said officers were interviewing neighbors and "persons associated with the home." Police asked anyone with information about the man's death or suspicious activity to call investigators at 281-996-3300.
