Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez announced that persons with disability will enjoy free parking in all commercial establishments in the city.
He said PWDs and their drivers only need to show their PWD identification card issued by the city’s Persons with Disability Affairs Office under Dr. Sabas De Guzman. Olivarez urged the PWDs to report or file a written complaint with the PDAO or the Business Permit and Licensing Office headed by Atty. Melanie Soriano –Malaya once they encounter any violation of the ordinance.
