Three people were injured in three separate shootings across Columbus Friday night into Saturday morning.

Deputy Nathaniel Wolfe was arrested by Franklin County deputies when he arrived for work at the Jackson Pike Correction Center. He was taken into custody without incident. Columbus police have filed aggravated menacing and assault charges against Wolfe. He has been relieved of duty pending the outcome of the criminal charges and the investigation.

“We hold our deputies to the highest standards, while the deputy is innocent until proven guilty any breach of trust will not be tolerated," said Sheriff Dallas Baldwin.
