CHAD rebel chief Mahamat Nouri was yesterday charged in Paris with crimes against humanity, in a probe into the recruitment of child soldiers in his country and Sudan, said a judicial source. The general was also charged with participation in a criminal conspiracy to commit a crime against humanity, and placed in provisional detention, said the source.
