THUNDER BAY – A fourth suspect connected to a recent daytime parking lot shootout in Thunder Bay has been arrested in Toronto.

The Thunder Bay Police Service said that continued investigation by its members of the Major Crimes Unit led to the identification of a Toronto teen as a suspect. Investigators called upon the assistance of the Toronto Police Service who then located and arrested the suspect in Toronto on Friday. The 15-year-old Toronto male faces charges of Attempt Murder – Firearm, Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Possession of Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized, Discharging Firearm- Reckless, Use Firearm in Commission of Offence, Pointing a Firearm, Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammo, Tampering with Serial Number, Fail to Comply with Release Order, Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, Possession of Cocaine.

The teen, whose identity is being withheld in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is expected to appear in bail court in Thunder Bay via video from Toronto Saturday.
