Mark McGowan is a “formidable premier” and is just simply “speaking up” for the people of Western Australia in his feud with Andrew Hastie, says former Labor advisor Eamonn Fitzpatrick.

“I got to say though, Mark McGowan is a very formidable premier in his own right and he is simply just speaking up for the people of his own state
