The indictment is in connection to the special counsel’s probe into Mr Trump's handling of classified documents, a source familiar with the case toldLast year the FBI raided Mr Trump's Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach, where they located about 11,000 US government documents, including 100 that were classified. It is the second indictment of Mr Trump, who is contending for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
