The energy in Lumen Field will likely rival 2014’s NFC Championship, where Wilson threw a 35-yard touchdown pass on fourth down against the 49ers to jet the Seahawks to their first of two Super Bowl appearances in as many years, says Gee Scott, host of KIRO Newsradio’s Gee and Ursula Show. “The energy in that stadium is going to rival that. There’s going to be pandemonium in there,” Gee said.Wilson’s number will eventually be retired in the rafters of Lumen Field, according to Gee. When that day comes, Seahawks fans will applaud the Super Bowl champion with a standing ovation, but not Monday night when the Broncos take the field.If Wilson is booed, it remains to be seen how the star quarterback will take the pressure from fans he used to adore as “12s.”All eyes on us.
