It turned out that the man, who hadn’t owned the home for three years after losing it due to foreclosure, had been banned from the property in February.On Aug. 12, police observed a weaving Chevrolet with one working headlight traveling on Ridge Road. He said he knew about the headlight and was headed to his sister’s house up the road. However, he didn’t know her address.

After stumbling his way through a failed field sobriety test, the man was arrested for drunken driving.
