My sense was that in Dallas that was not always the case, that there were times where maybe you guys didn’t talk through things. Things kind of lingered, festered, whatever. Is that a fair assessment? Did you think about that as you were coming in to Washington?“Yes, of course. Of course. Myself and Luka were both young guys. There were situations we should have just talked to each other. Talk to each other in a room.
“At the end, sometimes it doesn’t work out the way you expect and that’s OK. I learned a lot from that situation. I learned a lot in New York and yeah, I wish nothing but the best to both organizations.” It’s funny I think people have the stereotype and I’m curious if you felt it, that they think if you’re both players from Europe, you will just naturally get along. That personalities aren’t unique or different and that there was just this expectation that, well, all European players would get along. It’s silly to think that, but I think there were some people who thought you would just naturally be a great partnership.. Even myself and Luka, we get along excellent.
