Harrisburg’s Ronald Kent Jr., Donte Kent excited to continue ‘special’ season with Central Michigan at Penn State “The season didn’t go like we wanted it to go,” Kent Jr. said. “But the experience was phenomenal, too. I got a chance to start, and I put some good things on film against teams like Oklahoma State and Penn State, and I can’t say enough about coach McElwain and the staff for the way they believed in me.”
Kent Jr. had a strong three seasons on the field at Western Carolina, too. He broke up 22 passes in that span, moving him into second in the program’s history in that category behind former longtime Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Willie Williams.
