Kamryn Babb is staying at Ohio State as an employee, landing a job as a program coordinator for the athletic department’s Eugene D. Smith Leadership Institute.
Considering how beloved Babb was within the Ohio State football program, it’s no surprise OSU opted to hire him just weeks after he decided to step away from playing. Babb received a master’s degree in kinesiology from OSU in December after previously earning his bachelor’s degree in communications, and he’s well-qualified to mentor the future leaders of the university's sports teams after serving as a captain in each of his final two seasons as a Buckeye.
“I'm excited for this next chapter, however it may look. And I just want to pour into young people and pour into people all across the world any way that I can,” Babb said.
