The ANC councillor is facing two counts of statutory rape, four of rape and one of manufacturing pornographic material.

The Orkney Magistrates’ Court in North West has postponed 11 cases, including four of rape and two of statutory rape, against ANC councillor Tebogo Sepale until November for formal bail application.
