Foreign ships doing repair works exempted from obtaining endorsement

FOREIGN vessels involved in operations to repair undersea cables will be exempted from obtaining an endorsement from the Malaysian Shipping Association , said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.Loke told reporters in the Parliament lobby today.
