Ford and the UAW reached a tentative agreement last month and now we're starting to learn about future products as well as plant investments. According to the UAW, Ford will make $8.1 billion in product commitments and other investments as part of the deal. A whopping $2.1 billion is earmarked for Ohio Assembly, which will build an all-new electric van as well as continue to produce Super Duty and Medium Duty trucks as well as stripped down versions of the E-Series van.

The latter facility builds the Mustang, so the automaker certainly has our attention, but the union noted production of the mystery model is “pending program approval.
