A Ford company spokesperson reached out to Roe in the thread replies, as did we, though Roe has yet to respond toin an email that the company is"investigating the unfortunate issue experienced by Eric Roe and have reached out to him," and referred us to Ford's communications team, who, again, have yet to respond. Insaid that the company was"escalating to the engineering experts quickly" to"do what we can to help.
