Ramaphosa says in order to ensure that service delivery is accelerated, capacity in all spheres of government must be strengthened. “One of the key issues that we have to address is to strengthen the capacity of our government. Make sure we have people who are fit for purpose who will be able to do the work. This time round as we have been saying we are no longer going to be talking about things must be done, we are going to do the things that must be done.”
