Foodpanda Malaysia in a statement said it has also adopted precautionary measures to protect its riders from Covid-19.
“Our rider hubs provide hand sanitisers and masks free of charge to all riders who are also instructed to wash their hands every two hours and each time after handling a delivery. “We are in constant communication with our restaurant partners following the latest World Health Organization notices, while advising them on the health and safety practices beyond our food hygiene expectations,” said Foodpanda Malaysia.
The company also advised partners and customers to switch to online payment in support of social distancing.“Our commitment remains with supporting all our riders, restaurant partners and valued customers as we go through this tough time together as a nation.”
