Flutter to delist from Dublin stock exchange

Company will maintain dual listing in London

Paddy Power owner Flutter Entertainment is to exit the Dublin stock exchange early next year as it adds its New York listing.

“The board now believes that it is appropriate to maintain just two listings to minimise regulatory complexities and consequently has taken the decision to cancel its listing on Euronext Dublin,” Flutter said in a statement. Sports revenue was driven 6 per cent higher by the increased adoption of Betbuilder.

Chief executive Peter Jackson said the third quarter was strong for the company, with a 16 per cent rise in average monthly players.
