The bodycam footage shows the allegedly intoxicated driver swerving in and out of his lane, including onto the opposite side of the roadway and through large swaths of greenery.Tyler Fayconsolo was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravated fleeing with injury or damage, and resisting without violence.At one point, the runaway driver almost struck two individuals who were parked at a trailhead Fayconsolo allegedly plowed through.
“He’s biting me, please! Stop him, please!” Fayconsolo screamed moments before deputies released the hound and cuffed the driver.
