Tom Brady and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis are texting each other ... about what?
, the communication between the Florida governor and the seven-time Super Bowl champion was discovered when DeSantis attended a Green Bay Packers game last month with Tim Michels, the Republican nominee for governor in Wisconsin."I took Governor DeSantis to the Packer game at Lambeau Field," Michels told a gathering of the Lake Country Patriots, a far-right group, on Thursday at a brewery in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, the Times reported.
"We’re sitting there, you know, we’re watching the game and all of a sudden, I look over and he’s texting and he says, ‘How do you spell Lambeau?’"Michels told the gathering at the rally, according to the Times. "I say, ‘Who are you texting with?’ He says, ‘I’m texting with Tom Brady.’ The governor of Florida gets to text with Tom Brady."
Brady has played golf with Trump numerous times. A"Make America Great Again" red hat was spotted in Brady's locker in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in 2015, but the veteran quarterback explained that Trump had sent it to him. Brady also once said"it would be great" if Trump won the election.
