Its Kelantan director Azman Ismail said that for the time being, if wholesalers and retailers appointed in any district are affected by floods, the nearest unaffected district will help with supplies of controlled goods. "We did this during the severe floods in 2014. If the current situation continues and causes the entire state to be down, we will seek assistance from other states directly Subang Base," he said in a recent interview.
According to the report, Azman said they were allowed to increase and store scheduled controlled goods by 30% for five months, from November to March.
