SYDNEY: The Australian and New Zealand dollars have recouped all of the losses since April 2 when President Donald Trump announced sweeping tariffs on the rest of world, sinking financial markets and triggering an exodus from U.S. assets.

KUALA LUMPUR: The number of flood victims seeking shelter at temporary relief centres in Sabah has increased as of 8am on Monday , while Johor recorded a decline.

Nabawan registered the highest number of evacuees with 467 people from 119 families across six PPS, followed by Sook with 232 evacuees from 77 families at two centres. In Johor, the number of flood evacuees dropped to 148 from 48 families on Monday morning, compared to 163 individuals from 52 families on Sunday evening.
