The Social Welfare Department Disaster Info Portal reported that the victims are now housed at 46 relief centres throughout six districts.
The affected districts are Jeli with 1,335 victims; Tanah Merah , Pasir Mas , Machang Kuala Krai , and Pasir Putih . Meanwhile, the water level at Sungai Golok in Rantau Panjang continued to rise this morning following heavy rain at the interior areas since Tuesday.Heavy rain also caused three other rivers, Sungai Kelantan in Kuala Krai and Guillemard Bridge; and Sungai Golok in Jenob to record a reading above their alert marks.
