(Reuters) - US regulators have told at least three of the eight firms applying to launch exchange-traded funds tied to the price of ether, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency, that they are likely to give the final go-ahead for the new products to launch next Tuesday, July 23, according to three industry sources.

He added that the amendments address technicalities that have prevented MMC from registering parallel pathway graduates.“It formalises the role of the Health Ministry as a specialist training provider and gives MMC full authority to recognise specialist qualifications if they meet the required standards without the need to refer to any other bodies,” he said.
“We acknowledge concerns about maintaining the quality of specialist training. MMA emphasises that these amendments aim to uphold high standards while addressing urgent healthcare needs,” she said. On the other hand, Group of Professors of Health and Medicine head Prof Dr Noor Hassim Ismail said the amendments were made too hastily. He pointed to the double standard, where the parallel pathway does not comply with the accreditation by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency , while local programmes must comply.
