Flash floods catch Bidor residents unawares
A resident of Kg Pasir Jalan Bruseh in Bidor says only boats can be used to evacuate flood victims trapped in their homes as the currents are too strong. – Twitter pic, May 25, 2022.Noorhidayah Halim, 31, resident of Kg Pasir Jalan Bruseh, said the area was inundated with chest-high waters at about 4.30pm, adding that they could only watch while their furniture and electrical appliances were submerged in the flood.
