SIBU: The first day of school for the 71 students of SK Sg Anak Selangau in Selangau, about two hours from here, saw continuous rain that left their school inundated with 0.65m of water.
State Civil Defense Force in a statement on Monday said only 68% of the students were in attendance."We have standby two boats at the school in case of emergency need," the department said.
